Applicability of this agreement 4Pleasure intends to support the use and payment of Webcam Services (hereinafter referred to as the 'Content Services'), which are offered by third parties (hereinafter referred to as the 'Webcammers').
Through its technical platform, 4Pleasure provides access to the Content Services of the Webcammers; it also enables you to pay for content services through its technical platform. 4Pleasure of these services are hereinafter referred to as the 'Support Services'.
The fee that you pay, relates both to use the Content Services as to the use of support services. 4Pleasure will deposit the amount related to the content services on the account of the webcammer as compensation for the delivery of the Content Services.
The amount regarding the Support Services, will be received in favour of 4Pleasure himself as compensation for the delivery of support services. 4Pleasure will use the support services of third-parties in terms of payments (such as telecom operators, credit card companies or companies that provide electronic payments) to carry out payment transactions. 4Pleasure itself is not involved in the delivery of the Content Services, its role is limited to the provision of support services.
3. Limitation of Liability
4Pleasure will take all reasonable commercial efforts to support continuous availability of the Website with all reasonable means for security and to prevent any inconveniences caused by technical errors as far as possible.

4Pleasure can in no way be held liable for the content services provided by the webcammer. The Content Services are provided by independent third parties who remain fully liable for their services. 4Pleasure makes all reasonable efforts to prevent illegal content being placed on the website.

13. Refund Policy
Customer Service investigates all data available when a refund is requested. Cams4Pleasure will only issue a refund when the reported problem is proved to be well grounded. ONE DAY (24 hour) trial membership for $4.99 that converts to a recurring monthly membership twenty four (24) hours after sign up. Membership will not be renewed if cancelled by Member within the 23rd hour and can provide proof in the form of a cancellation number or a copy of the cancellation confirmation email that is sent to Member upon cancellation. The recurring rate is $44.99 for most trials but the Member should check the disclosed pricing on the credit card join form prior to subscribing.
Additional surcharges and fees are dictated by the independent performers of the site. These services are redeemed in the form of site credit which can be purchased on the site using your credit card or checking account information. Private service charges will be deducted from your site credit account.
During certain promotional periods, we offer 'Free Lifetime Memberships'. This membership provides unlimited access to non-private areas of the site. However, users who choose the 'Free Lifetime Membership' option will be billed per minute for any time that they spend in private chat rooms.
Another promotional offer is a $1.00 membership. This membership is billed a nominal $1.00 every 7 days for access to the site, model profiles and non-premium media.
15. Credit Card Chargeback Fees/Return Check Fee
In the event, your financial institution returns your payment transaction or any fraudulent claims are made on any of your personal transactions, be advised that we reserve the right to add to your account, Return Fees in the amount of (insert amount charged by your processor) (i.e. $30 per credit card chargeback and/ or $25 per Return Check).
16.Collections Fee:
If we refer your payment transaction to an outside billing service, collection agency, and/or attorney, you will be responsible for all such costs, damages and fees that are incurred in the process of resolving any debt created by this transaction. You understand and acknowledge that your personal account information may be submitted to various credit bureaus and/or national verification systems. This may affect your personal credit rating and may block you from processing further transactions.
